Nobody knows exactly where Florida Man came from, and frankly, nobody’s brave enough to ask. He’s a walking, talking headline; the kind of guy you might spot wrestling an alligator in a Wawa parking lot or trying to pay for groceries with pirate coins “from the Spanish shipwreck out back.” Equal parts charming and alarming, Florida Man is pure chaos wrapped in sunburn and fueled by gas station hot dogs, key lime pie, and a questionable amount of energy drinks.

Oscar considers him a friend, Raymond considers him a liability, and the local authorities consider him “a person of interest” more often than not. Sometimes he’s the problem, sometimes he’s the solution, and sometimes he’s just in the background holding a baby gator like it’s the most normal thing in the world.

One thing’s certain: when Florida Man shows up in Raymond and Oscar’s lives, nothing goes according to plan ... but it’s always worth telling the story later.
